APPEARANCE. As a Puella Magi.
STATUS. ■■■■■ | IMPROVING. By Day 14, Sayaka's talked to and resolved some of her issues with Madoka and Mami, has formed an uneasy truce with Homura, and has talked to several people and made some new acquaintances. She's got a long way to go, but things are better now.

POSSESSIONS. Her school uniform and Soul Gem, an item which allows her to transform into a Puella Magi.
WEAPONS. Cutlasses. She can summon an infinite amount of them using her magic.
EXPLORATION. She ventured into the Caves for one of the missions, and has wandered about the main grounds, but nothing outside of that.
GOALS. Trying to adjust, with varied and limited results. Assisting people and participating in the missions. Trying to keep herself busy.

TRIGGERS. Witches! Mentions of wishes/anyone capable of granting them will deeply upset her. Violin music. She's got something of a hair-trigger for people who do good only to "get paid" or anything similar, and an extreme black and white view of good and evil, which might lead her to do some reckless things out of anger.
MEDICAL INFO. Perfectly healthy! Her Soul Gem is fully intact and despite her tiny adorable appearance, the kid can take a lot of damage.
MENTAL INFO. Not so great! Sayaka's newly revived after becoming Oktavia von Seckendorff, injuring Madoka and (she will view it as) killing Kyoko, although Kyoko sacrificed herself deliberately. She's got a guilt complex the size of a cruise ship, survivor's guilt, and basically feels worthless right now. She's afraid of being around others and afraid of herself. She doesn't know why she's alive again, but she doesn't want to be. Poor kid. :C
FOURTH-WALLING. No thank you.
PHYSICAL CONTACT. Hugging and the like is okay. She probably won't be very receptive to it and resist it unless you are Madoka or Mami.
ROMANCE/SEXUAL RELATIONS. HUEHUEHUEHUE. Naw, not right now!
INJURE/KILL. Injury is fine, but she's just died so dying again so soon would really be bad for her, to use an understatement.
DEVICE HACKING. She's not particularly smart or the most technology-savvy, so it's fine.
THREADJACKING. Within reason! I'd prefer to be asked first.
ANYTHING ELSE. I think I got everything covered up above. She can get violent, but by nature she is not a particularly violent person, and unless someone infuriates her, she won't be in the state to pick fights or have them for a while. Unless you're a Witch. Or Kyuubey, which she will try to kill on sight if he shows up. She's in constant danger (at the moment) of being overcome by despair and becoming a Witch (again!) So that's something to keep in mind.
