But I cant find "effects" .... ?? Could you please let me know, how to find it? Thanks..

Well, on PSP 7, it's on the top toolbar, in between "Image" and "color"

That stinks.

By top toolbar I meant like, where "file" is and stuff, it's on that toolbar.

Dang. I hate it when I can't find things. I totally feel your pain.

I know the picture is, I guess it was a bad picture to use for the tutorial, but so many people were asking about it, I just thought I would share my way of doing it.
