I will have to clarify that header or at change it all together. Inthe movie "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" when the groom, who was not Orthodox, was baptized, instead of evryone saying "Now you are Orthodox", the family said, "Now you are Greek!" Admittedly a bit obscure.

Congratulations on the monastery trip. I hope to visit at least one this summer.

I figured you were referring to the movie. My aunt and I saw it in the theater and that scene really pissed her off. When he said "I'm Greek now." she responded loudly with: "No, you're Orthodox!" Good times.

Mabrouk on your baptism; may God grant you many years!

That peace sort of snuck up on me about a third of the way into the service. So very peaceful and calm.

I am still so excited and happy for you. When we get together I want to hear the blow-by-blow of how it all went down.:)
