28 Weeks!

I had my 28 week appointment with the midwife today. I did the glucose test and she's also going to check my blood for vitamin D. I've gained 25lbs so far. The baby is head down with a heart rate of 120-130. It's the same heart rate that Simon had so does that mean it's a boy? Or is that just folklore? Sounds like a question for Mythbusters! Now I

28 weeks already! Super cute pictures.

It seems like you should have a girl, since your siblings both have 1 of each.

Do you have names picked out this time? I know you were waffling on Simon's name and I am wondering if you're still thinking of using the other boy name.

But I can't remember what it is.

Is Stella still your girl name?

If it's a girl, will her last name be Wyland?

That's what I think too! Well, that, and my SIL has two boys so there are no girls on that side of the family.

Sorta - the other Simon name was Felix and we go back and forth with that one. The funny thing is Stella is no longer in the running partly because it's Simon's girl name! We had Stella picked out way before Simon so it feels weird to have that be a name for #2.

Here are some names I like: Vera, Lida, Betty and Perry, Grady, Toby, Oskar.

I'm not sure. That was the original plan, but I don't know how I feel about the kids having 2 different last names.
