yea I read an article claiming that my ADD, insecurities and depression are linked to my hypoglycemia...and if I essentially give up all my favorite things, the ADD + dep stuff will subside...

wish me luck, a whole fuckload of luck. I'll be needing it.

Its true about the diet vs behaviour. I've noticed changes in my moods and weight just on what I eat on a regular basis. Course I'm not always the best at regulating it either. :)
