I started my diet. Not in entirely full force, as I am missing some key ingredients, but I have kicked out all the things I need to kick out - last night I had my last carbs in the form of a single slice of sprouted oat bread. Personally, I think you'd love Juneau. There is a great arts and humanities community, a lovely downtown with cafes and restaurants and local shops, and Rainbow Foods which is one stop shopping for all things organic and lovely. There is the state library and the city library, a few museums, and of course natural beauty that never quits...

In other words, you should come. Lauren and I have an extra room and at the end of the summer I'll be looking for another place to live and could use a good roommate. I think you'd fit.
