Minus basically an inch all around and 6 lbs after week one of the diet and exercise plan. Cheated once - had a cookie. Realized the cookie didn't taste that fantastic

Today's update - I couldn't tell if I had lost 7 or 9 lbs because the gym was so crowded the needle on the scale was bouncing all over the place to the rhythm of pounding feet. Feeling great though!
