Weekend went well. Me and Ric cooked for my Dad and it went so much better than the last time we cooked for my Mum. The pate starter went down really well and I must say that it looked rather posh the way we presented it - I would be very happy indeed if I got that in a restaurant hehe. The three meats were pretty impressive too. Ric is a very good
