I have come to the conclusion that Kira has a very poor understanding of criminals and which ones are worthy of  capital punishment.

I can't have cake or sweets for a month, and it's my brother's birthday tomorrow. He's bribing me with cake so I'll behave, but I can't have any of it. I know how you feel.

I can't sleep anyway because I am so hungry. I don't eat anything besides sweets and they taste, well, bland and chalk-like at the moment.

I usually stay up all night. I find I don't need to sleep very much.

We should trade. But later...once I can taste again. The sight of sweets makes me slightly irritated at the moment.
