Aya, dear ;). you can get layout in a community. all you have to do is join a community you have chosen and ta~~dah~~~. you can even ask somebody to make you a layout ^^.
i joined this http://community.livejournal.com/da_les/ ^^. check on it. there is 'step-by-step' tutorial how to change layout so you won't get lost/ confused/ whatever ^^.
