Todd informed me today that smoking isn’t going to be allowed in any Houston bars starting in September. Specifically, smoking isn’t going to be allowed at Agora. Let’s just hope Todd is wrong (keeping in mind that this is a possibility because he does wear dangerously baggy pants). If he’s not wrong, this is the last straw
