British Culture, Customs and Traditions. Just in case you need it. If you go to the homepage, you'll get even more links. Most notable 'Taste of Britain'

GettyImages you should already know about, but Corbis is worth a look, too, for all your photo reference needs.

I'm rather biased on watercolour, so here are some related links: Basic watercolour tips, and the website of my favourite watercolour artist Hazel Soan. She's a great inspiration for colour.

And an excellent guide on how to draw portraits: here.

A very useful sight is the Master Harry Potter Canon List compiled by doraemon (kp_mushu) and kjcp (this_is_kelly). It's a really great source of canon spellings/locations/capitalizations differences between British/American version/etc.

Also, Compilation of the "All Things British Thread" at Sugarquill.net is an excellent source for Brit-picking :) Hope these help!

There's the Lexicon is an excellent source, though its credibility is on the line at the moment... but still.
