(500 ml cream
350 g chocolate (white / dark respectively)
a little gelatin or starch flour
spices (I used cardamom for the white dessert, cinnamon for the dark one)
Heat up the cream, melt chocolate in it. Let it cool overnight, then add spices and gelatin/starch flour and stir until the cream is stiff.
That's it :-))
