Deadbeat.

I plonked out last night after reading Self and Health+Fitness and then woke up an hour and a half later, changed into my pj's, cleaned up, packed my stuff and went back to bed.

Today I had to go to school at 8 for an economics makeup lecture and then when I got home I fell asleep for three hours straight.

I am not feeling good.

I'm aching all over. Tres terrible. I seriously doubt I'll be there for hockey training cuz I have already over-exerted myself. Hmph. Instead I'll be going for the college newsletter meeting.I am such a lazybum. I do want a sport though, but the idea of training four times a week with the school team isn't very appealing.
