the picture was probably bigger then the maximum size. what you should do is go into paint and load this pictue. There click on image at the top and the screen and go down to stretch/skew. Then type in a number small then 100, but not to small, in the top box. press ok. then save it under a new name and try it again as your buddy pic. If it is still to big make it smaller and keep doing the same thing until it fits.
