get all bran buds instead of granola. granola isn't as good for you as you think. at least the all bran buds are healthy for you (obviously, they're bran!) they taste good mixed in yogurt. if you can have yogurt and fruit for lunch, that's good. make sure it's 0%. oh, and if you are serious about losing the weight, one thing for you: G.I. Diet. it's the glycimic index diet. it's for diabetics. no food weighing or anything, just a list of good foods (green light) that you can eat, and a list of bad foods (red light) that you can't eat. when i WAS doing it, i lost over 10 pounds in a couple weeks, and that was WITHOUT exercise. you weigh about the same as me (i'm 170) we should be each others online weight loss buddies.
