Aesthetically pleasing

Savannah's in a cast now, only I sort of feel like I'm in one too. Every day the music directs our lives, like musical chairs only it's switch classes instead of switch seats. Vicious streaks of the black and red markers make me feel better. The black lips on my paper are sealed. I give up perfectionism and haphazardly draw all over the white paper. Breathe in, breathe out. Things are alright.

that really struck me. i don't know why, but it did. you have such beautiful words.

someday, we'll be out in the real world, where we can [occasionally] do what we want without interference. until then, we'll all complain about how shitty the music they play is. and some of us will wonder if it's even worth our time, being here, complaining about the music...being here, period. trust me, though, it will be worth it.

Thanks. But you know, I always wish I could write like you.
When that day comes, that we go out into the real world, I think I might just break down in tears and not know if they are from relief or happiness or anger or sadness or anything. I'll just cry and that's what will feel right.
