If there's one thing I can's stand about myself, it's my tendency to quit before I'm done. Today, I did not quit. I worked though my pan, and none of the conditioning was nearly as bad as it was the first time around

I knew I'd like it too. :) I'll have to try that, I so need to get my muscles back. I can't wait until weight training next year, I LOVE weight training. The first day of conditioning was so hard, but now it's not so bad. I wonder if Angie will increase the reps...? I feel like I'm already behind with flag though, it's such a new thing. I WILL get a pop toss on both sides by Thursday! Gina, you already have your middle splits! I'm still three inches away, time to break out the ankle weights! Love and Rockets, Aimee
