My god, you write alot. But that's not a bad thing.
Counting is good advice. The best feeling is the echoes you hear when we yell out those "HIT! HIT!"'s in the spin excercise, that the apartments can hear us, that the band can hear us, that maybe the bloody team will spin in time because they hear it loud and clear.
I think you should talk to the flags only if you know you won't get too worked up. I'm frustrated too, because I'm new, most of the flag line is new, and it's nobody's fault in particular but I just want us to be good, godammit! I just wish they wouldn't settle for mediocre. Oh, and if you do decide to give us a talk, tell them they need to help us out on being vocal. I can only scream so loud.
