I had a really shitty day on Friday. It was my 90 days clean but it was just a horrible day.

Saturday during my meeting, I got trapped in the giggle loop. Ask if you want details.

I'm getting ready to go out to dinner with my grandparents for my grandpa's 76th birthday, but I just thought I'd update. Bye!

yes, clean. no drugs.

i cant call it a giggle stack. that'd just be ridiculous. lol.
ok, a giggle loop is clearly defined in one of the first episodes of the British comedy "coupling", and i suggest you go rent the 1st season on dvd. they are brilliant.

lol Well, that's not much of an answer! I can't rent them around here. They don't rent out DVDs of shows. *sobs* They barely have DVDs to rent! I'll assume you meant a giggle fit where you can't stop giggling and it's difficult to breath because the giggles take up all the room in your lungs. lol

And congratulations! I'm going ... well, years now. lol I forget. I didn't bother counting. I quit because it got in the way of my drinking. Only recently quit drinking for good. Up until now, I only drank every two or three months ... sometimes I'd go six months at a time w/o drinking. But that little incident with the pills may have damaged my liver and kidneys and really, I just don't want to take the chance. Also, I don't want to put that on top of the guilt I already feel for what I could have done to my daughter by hurting myself permanently ... or worse, killing myself.
