Thats great you love your hair. It is always good to do something really nice once and while, looking good and having nice hair and such can sometimes boost your mood and make it better. :-)

Thanks :) It's sad that I have to do something so superficial to make me feel good about myself, you know?

I want to snap some pictures but I can't find my roommates now. I guess that's a good thing because my roots are growing out really badly and my hair looks dark brown. Plus, I am wearing no make-up right now. I'll post a picture up sooner or later, I promise!!

Congratulations! It's so nice when those potentially-risky things work out.

Thanks :) Today there was major drama because there were dents all over my hair. I move a lot when I sleep and it caused some bends on major strands. Fortunately, my stylist flat ironed it for free this afternoon...phew. She said those dents will not effect the overall outcome.

That's so nice that your mom is going to help pay for some of the costs. Hair treatment is EXPENSIVE!! My mom helped pay for my hair stripping last year for my Birthday (yay for moms!).

Hey, now we should start a club and call it "The 60's Long Hair Brigade". hehe! ;)

Yeah, my mom is a very generous person. I didn't even ask for her help. In fact, I was planning to surprise her when I arrive at Palm Desert. However, I could not contain myself because I was so happy.

"The 60's Long Hair Brigade"...I like it!

That is one of the best photos I have ever seen! Thanks for posting it up. I like how the models placed a fall on top of their real hair. It looks like an interesting layer.

I saw you from the vintage hair community and would love to see before and after pictures. I've got curly hair and have always wondered about getting it professionally done. :)

I so regret not taking before and after pictures! All the pictures I have from recent times are with blow-dried hair (completely straight), wearing a fall, or up in a pony tail. I hated my wavy hair so much that I did anything to avoid being photographed. That explains why I finally decided to do this technique ( ... )
