Learning to cook is cool- it's weird at first but after a while you can just throw things together and they will taste good!

Thanks for the concern! My finger is fine actually, I guess it just hurt really bad at first! It's not even very odd colored!

I'm so excited about learning to cook! Right now I am focusing on the 20 minute meals sections from Better Homes and Gardens ;) Oh and I baked for the first time since I was a kid in 4-H the other night too!

Damn, I love all these pics! And hearing about yr and Kaden's life in B-ham! You guys look so healthy and happy and settled. Wow...

My husband got his finger stuck in the car door the other night. Not good...

Life right now is: Chris trying to sell his house, me trying to be motivated enough to get my schoolwork done, work, writing, editing manuscripts and trying to scrap together a lil indie press, drama with friends, 3 poetry readings a week, blah blah. Quitting smoking and starting smoking again. Love and food and Chris n' I goofing around like 15-yr-old kids. Hotdamn.

My lil sis just moved to Seattle! That means a visit on our part is necessitated sometime to yr guys neck o' the woods. Miss you both....
