When I come back to Olympia (I'm here now), and spend time with my family, I do not know what I am doing in Bellingham. I am satisfied with my life in Bellingham, I am happy, Kaden and I have a great time together, all of the time. I think true, life-long friends are the ones who you may not see for a month, a year, FIVE years, whatever... but when you do see them, you pick right up again like it's been no time at all. I've got a few of those, and even though I wish I saw them more, it's so wonderful when I do see them and it's just as easy as it's always been that it's almost worth it.

I feel your sentiment completely. I'm having the same issues with Portland. But as far as the friend question goes, if they are good friends and understand you, you can go years and years without seeing them...I have lots of friends like that, you have to when you move 3000 miles away and stay gone for over 6 years.

I hella miss Oly though. Reef or no Reef.
