We have that brown sugar! Also... I've done a lot (a crap-ton) of baking and find that running the top of the vanilla bottle under hot water will loosen the cap. Then again, pliers work well in pinch... ha... pinch.

Anywho, I found this absurdly interesting. Nice work.

I've been cooking lots of things... well baking might be more accurate. Lots of cookies, brownies, pies and cakes.
I should really learn to expand beyond the dessert category.
