i felt sick all of last night and that definitely was not fun.

when you get home, put a heating pad (if you have one) on your tummy. works like magiiic, youll sleep like a baby. and if it hurts to much to eat anything, try crushed ice. its not as boring as drinking plain water and it keeps you hydrated.
