beer + soap also works pretty well too!

also, apple cider vinegar is the vinegar i probably use the #1 most! it is actually really really good for you because it helps alkalize the body (even though it tastes acidic, most people are too acidic) and it's cleansing purifying etc. i know a lot of people who take a.c.v. every day!
