for 12 years put down the foundation of right-wing, fundamentalist christian "family values" and morality. they wanted a christian nation, too. what's happening now is what was then, only a matter of time within the republican party. that's when they really started redefining morality.now they have even more help, with the lehays and the people who want to reach heaven faster---they want to make the apocalpyse a self fulfilling prophecy.i had a VERY frightening discussion with a friend's mother, who is a pastor in michigan, who basically said all this and more, with her perspective from within christianity, which is a lot like old money & new money
