Blehhhh yeah I noticed her curt little "We've had issues. SORRY." while answering this other guy's emails. :P And didn't feel like answering this one...... Maybe they'll get it out soon? I mean the dang press is like one state away.....

Still waiting on a batch? :

Holy wow, how rude of her to be so curt with you! Talk about failing on demand!!
They could really use some work on their customer service front =/

I just noticed she calls you "Christine" in that last reply, on top of making lame excuses and sounding really nasty =/ Sure, you might hate dissapointing your customers with bad news, but they are still entitled to know when there are delays! FFS, shittiest customer service ever!!
Spoonflower would have refunded and paid for express shipping by this point =/ Fail service is fail.

Haha yeah I noticed that too. XD Not sure how to respond to that latest email so it'll probably just sit there until they send me the shipping confirmation or too much more time passes............

Suffice to say I'll be hard pressed to come back to Fibs on Demand.......

T . T The worst part is I don't want to anger her because she has $500 worth of product in her hands.

:( Understandably!
Oh, I forgot - do you want measurements off me now for the JSK, or should I wait til the material is safely in your hands?

I'm so sorry you had to deal with their BS D:
I just went through the same thing... it took a little over one month for my fabric to arrive (ordered mid September, just got it 2 days ago), which is ridiculous considering their 7 day production quote and I didn't even order many yards. James was nice enough to overnight it to me, so I can't go all-out bitch on them I guess... though now I'm having other issues to deal with and am waiting for their reprints :l

I wouldn't mind waiting if they were more upfront about how long it's going to take D: Like... don't quote me 10 days if you know it'll be more like 24-30. It shipped out Friday but they didn't overnight it so I'll get it Monday at the earliest. :/

I had hoped to have all the pieces completed and shipped out by this weekend. Bleh. I've heard that some of their most recent printings have been running in the wash and if that happens, you can bet I'll be asking for a refund. D:

Yes, this. I'd rather they give me an accurate quote right off the bat instead of making unrealistic promises...

You're just in time, because I just took my fabric out of the dryer and guess what, fading streaks all over the darks and coloured stains all over the white. FFFFFF- gonna send another angry e-mail to James. I really want to like FOD, I really do... but their hit-and-miss product and mediocre service make it so hard :l

Thanks for the add, that made my day a little better <3

Yeah like when I ordered from Spoonflower they estimated 2-3 weeks so I was really happy when it came in only 2 XD

Ugh D: Did you order 6oz cotton? Mine faded a little bit last time but the running wasn't too noticeable since the print is really 3 shades of the same color..... I'm worried to try any high contrast prints with them because of the running T . T I really want to like them too! They offer a really wide range of fabrics and a large printable surface but... Customer service guys, dayum....

Awh hehe :3 I look forward to seeing your projects~
