Okay, so really quickly-

Why does everyone feel the need to treat me like I'm five over the phone? I mean, I know I look 14 and I must sound barely older than that because I'm making phone calls for work right now and everyone I talk to really treats me as if I don't know anything ( Read more... )

Hah- the funny thing is that in person everyone's all "You look so much like your mother!" or calls me by my mother's name (enough so that I answer to Kristin as much as I answer to Sarah)... but it was just driving me crazy considering how many phone calls I still have to make on Friday. *sigh*

i get mistaken as older in person, and younger on the phone lol . . . idk why lol . . . probably cuz i hate talking on the phone, so my voice goes up in pitch a little . . .

but anyways, i digress . . . what i was trying to say was that i understand how feel . . . i've had the same thing happen . . .

I hope people stop talking down to you on the phone . . . good luck!

(And thanks for the advice on my most recent post . . . I'll try that on friday when i have that class again . . . )
