Hi! Sorry that it's taken me a while to reply, life is hectic sometimes so I'm not on here as often as I'd like.

I'm not sure that I'm 'local' local, at least as LJ seems to define the term but it is pretty cool to see a fellow Minnesotan Jrock/Kpop fan. :D I'm from the northern-central part of the state so I'm not sure if you're still interesting in chatting or not, but feel free to reply if you are.
