how do guys know when they have "the one"? do they like have an epiphony (spl?)? Do they often not realize they are with the one until a bell rings off in their head? Do they ever know?

Has anybody ever been in a relationship, but they felt like the person was the one, and the partner said they werent sure? How did that feel?
