The thing that I remember most about the movie Minority Report was the advertising. "Hello Mr. Yukkamoto, and welcome back to the Gap!" Signs on the street recognized you and shouted personalized ads. It was creepy and part of the movie's point.

...dropping in from advanced sewing to mention, in puzzlement, that the link to sew-what's-new goes to 'second wives club', and is all about being a second wife, with psychology and all, but not sewing tips that I could see...it says it's been there since 1997, so...??? Maybe I missed something! Sorry to drop in here, but I didn't want to make a whole post just to mention that little detail...
