The regional editorial workshop was held in Chiang Mai, Thailand last Wed to Sat. Almost every writer made it there, some were just too busy to get away. Being away from work was stressful. As soon as I got back, I had to cancel my leave. No Merdeka celebration for me (more on that below). My projects are piling up and I don't even want to talk

glad to hear you had fun shopping in Chiang Mai, even if the food wasn't that good :)

my short stays in Singapore and Japan made me miss being in asia (the food! the shopping! the service!) even more.

enjoy yourself in Sweden -- that'll be really amazing! Isabelle will have grown some more when you get back. is it just going to be you? do bring your digital camera, i'd love to see the photos =)
