i'm leaving for madrid in 3 hours. i've packed my suitcase, which is far heavier than i intended it to be - but a girl can't have too many shoes, can she? there's still room for any purchase i'll make - and i intend to do lots of shopping

a. mi ha regalato un vestitino, un completino intimo, un profumo, un paio di scarpe e un braccialetto. ethan mi ha regalato gli stivaletti e mi ha sponsorizzato una serata a madrid (cena, drinks e locali) e quando siamo tornati a casa ho trovato una borsa ad aspettarmi con tanto di borsellino. evan le fodere per il piumone bianche piene di frou frou, un abat-jour rosa anche molto frou frou, un paio di pantofole e un pigiamino. al lavoro ho ricevuto due profumi, un cerchietto per i capelli, candele profumate e un collega mi ha portato fuori a pranzo. non ho ancora festeggiato il mio compleanno qui, percui immagino (o meglio, spero) che riceverò ancora qualche regalino dagli amici/amiche...

i've been doing great - i had a very good summer and i'm sad it's already over. i had an amazing week in madrid. i'll write more about it ;)
