I went through the same things with the counseling and meds, I quit them.
Im probably a good person to talk about drugs and drinking with because I have some experiance, not meaning that I did it, but it affected me a lot. Maybe you dont want to hear my opinion? Becuase I know it will probably make you dislike me and my opinion.
I dislike eating aswell, people look at me when i eat, like its interesting, just because Im not of normal weight, meaning overweight. Eating at home in your own personal space is better, but if you must eat in public, people will look at you, well... might. But i dislike it anyway. Im vegan so we probably eat different things, but either way, eating is uncomfortable for me, so I cant help you there :/
