i take nothing personally so i would hope that you would do the same. i, being a european american have actually lived in the heart of the city, and dealt with what you call "african american culture" most "caucasians" that support the "equal rights" of minorities have never actually lived with them. so they have a very "anti white" view of things. i hate to hear when people blame black problems on their surroundings, if they truly desired to break away from the norms that have befallen them they would at least attempt to do so without using their race as a crutch. i personally am not opposed to equal rights for everyone, but i think that this should be equal rights not holding down the one to raise another. the kkk are an illiterate group of rednecks but they have every right to exist and i for one would fight to see that they are allowed to exist those groups and groups like them are considered racist. for example have you heard of the aryan nation?? only in a very negative light im sure. these groups exist with many of

i created a unit plan on southern culture, and contrasted different groups, including the kkk, southern rock stars, and a variety of media and cultural texts. i did this because i was hoping to find some redeeming qualities and i really do want to live in the south because it's warmer there
