yup. I reported it to ebay. I've received no response. Bidshielding is what its called. By retracting bids at the last minute they reduced the price of the auction to one dollar. I was selling my wife's dell e1705

Crazy...I've sold a lot of things on ebay and I've never seen that happen.

this is my first time too. I've been nailed by fraud before, but never at this level. At least it was bid back up to a decent point within five minutes.
