Content to leave Richard and Alexis to themselves, Martha was searching out any places or people of interest.

She paused and did a double take as she passed Barney's office. "Now that is a nice suit worn well," she said admiringly.

And Barney had just put himself very high in Martha's good books by assuming that Richard was young enough to be a student. "As a matter of fact, I am here to visit my son," she said smiling and subtly checking Barney's hand for a ring or tan-mark. "Martha Rodgers."
