For whatever reason, Harvey goes to Mike's apartment sometime when Mike doesn't expect him and catches Mike higher than a kite. Harvey is overcome with anger and Mike, high, is desperate to appease him. He does something like spontaneosly start to strip or drop to his knees and try to suck Harvey off. Harvey ends up taking what Mike has to offer then feels terrible afterward because he took advantage of Mike while Mike was too out of it to know what he was doing. Mike explains, once he's sober, that he'swanted Harvey for a long time and doesn't mind.

Bonus points if Harvey is kind of rough during the sex and talks really mean to Mike to punish him for getting high again.
