and about the pic you said you didn't know what is that....it's some kind of alternative healing method from china. i forgot what it called but you shold be lie down on your stomach and the doctor will light up a fire inside some kind of bowl and then put the bowl on your back. the marks on his back was the bowls' rims XDDD

anyway, like mylittlebambi said, the thing on heechul's back is used in acupuncture i believe. these little suction cups are placed on your back; the marks are caused when the blood is sucked to the surface, somewhat like a bruise. my mother did it once because her spine was somewhat crooked :| but i don't think there's anything wrong with heechul, it's probably just for therapy.
