★ RULES
1. Firstly, everyone has to be civil. No bashing or anything of the sort about nominees and categories.
2. Authors / Artists are prohibited from nominating themselves in any of the categories.
3. Nominations of Super Junior works only, only exception is the crossover category.
4. Fic wise, spelling and grammar are a must. Fics with atrocious spelling/grammar will be removed from the category they're nominated for.
5. Graphic wise, graphics nominated that look like they have been edited in Paint or any other lower class graphic program that is not PS or PSP will be removed from the category they are nominated for.
6. All authors / artists will be emailed with sujuawards@gmail.com to inform them of their nominations. Please make sure that when you nominate someone to state whether or not their email is listed on their profiles.
7. Categories must have five nominations to be able to count for votes, if there are less than five nominations in a category it will be cut during the voting period.
8. Please don't comment outside the categories' threads.
9. An author can be nominated twice in the same category only for different works! It's not fun to compete against yourself!
10. When nominating fics / graphics make sure it's only one piece of fanwork that you nominate them for. The only exception are the Best Author and Best Graphic Artist categories! In order to prove that these artists are the best you must provide three pieces to support you!
