I agree, the rigging photo is lovely. In fact your childhood seems like bliss from those photos: red head brothers, an old ship and a dog. Was this summertime or you lived there through the year? If I may ask, prying me.

My childhood was interesting...not bliss.

I lived on a boat until I was 4 years old(mainly on the coast of Brittany in France), then our boat sank and until I was about 6 or 7 we used to take other peoples boats down to the south of France or Spain for them during the summer(ha like couriers!).

Too see your boat sink must have been like seeing your house burn down. I dream of life at sea from time to time.

These photos are awesome, especially the one of you sucking your thumb. Was there any particular reason why your family lived on a boat?

My dad retired (at 35) to sail round the world. And they were kinda hippies, so they sold everything and we lived on a boat...it was a beautiful old fishing boat too...
