They also don't like baking soda or chili powder. I've made a paste out of baking soda, chili powder and vinegar and stuffed into the spots where I see them coming in. Also, when they were coming in through a hole in the grout on a counter top, the beau filled the hole up with Elmer's glue...worked like a champ.
I found then fucking on my nightstand AND around the bottom of my freaking bed last night when I got home from work. The problem is I can't see where they are coming in at and they are only in MY room, not anywhere else in the house, so that's why I am so frustrated. I guess I should be happy they aren't in the kitchen, but I really didn't like having to stay up until 1:30 in the freaking morning cleaning all the shit they got into. *sigh* And they seem to be marching around my room between the baseboards and the carpet which I can't see between which means they can hid out and march until they come out where I can see them (ie. my desk, bottom of my bed, nightstand.) I bought some bait traps and put two in my room and four outside where I saw them marching around. I hope that this makes them go away. God do I want winter if only to be rid of them!
