It's pretty easy to tie a half-windsor; just google it and you'll find a tutorial. :D I don't fully take my ties off, I just loosen it enough that I can slip it over my head, so I don't have to re-tie it every time.

I'm surprised you didn't see my pictures of my haircut on facebook. XD
