I know everyone jokes about him now and stuff, but he was still a BAMF at a time. And that article says he was going to start a comeback tour in July. Just, daaaamn.

In Night of the Living Dead, there's a group of people that are kind of 'main characters' but not exactly just one, but it DOES have a kickass black guy. If you download it, lemme know? I'd love to get it too and watch it with you since it's one of my favorite zombie movies! BUT BE SURE YOU GET THE ORIGINAL BLACK AND WHITE, NOT THE HORRIBLE REMAKE. ;-;

The Michael Jackson thing was a *HUGE* deal over in the UK. Like, his comeback concert (there were going to be 50 shows) was in London, and for two weeks (the whole time we were there after he died) there were tons of shows about him on the TV, and the radio stations would do 'shows' on him where it would be an hour of his music. He was just huge over there, it was amazing. So I was wondering how big a deal it was back over here...? Like, TV wise and such.

I don't really watch a lot of TV, but I know all the news channels had huge things about it. I think CNN had a memorial service, even. And yeah, the radio played his music too. Oh, and pretty much EVERY SINGLE MAGAZINE has to talk about it. Talk about his legacy, what they're going to do with the kids, etc etc. So I guess maybe it's about the same?

As for you coming over, I fooorgot we're getting the outside of our house painted. But mom said they just need to figure out when they're coming, and then they can figure out when I can come over or you come over. I don't actually know which they'd rather do, but I'll try and get you to come over because you uh. Rarely do. *dies* The painters were supposed to show up yesterday but they didn't, but they're here today so maybe when they leave mom will know when they're coming back and can figure that all out~~

Okay, I was wondering. But every day, for hours, for weeks, there was stuff. It was crazy.

Okay. yeah. Whenever. When I called you the other day, I was in a weird mood and on the cell phone so that's why it was so hard to hear, but I was kinda being driven INSANE by my family. 'Cause Grandma sold the house and is moving, and this house was *Grandpa's* house and I know it's hers techincally, but it's like, you don't have the right to sell it, it should be ours. Plus, we moved a lot so it's kinda like my childhood home and I am not handling this well. So I needed to talk to someone outside my family if only for a bit. So yeah, it was a bit weird, sorry.

Annnnd, I just ordered Star Trek: The Animated series, and I have the Alternate Realities Fan Collective, so I could bring over Star Trek and we could have a marathon of 60s crack? (Ohhh, I could bring over the 60s Batman too.) But it hasn't come yet: it should be here on Monday at the latest. So anytime around then?

Awe DDDD: I'm sorry, that's really lame. I was actually about to take a shower and then leave the house so I was kind of in a "What, someone's calling me now?!" mood but it's cool, it's not like I minded. ♥

And that sounds absolutely spiffy, Especially since I've kind of been thinking of the old Batman series lately. Aaaand if it's my house we have lots of junk food, woo! And I need to see the animated Star Trek. Because... yeah.
