Though it bugs me how everyone calls her ugly all the time. I don't think she is, and you don't need to be "sexy" or "beautiful" to be a singer or why the fuck does it matter? If she was a man no one would care about her face. :|

- mouths
- vocal cords

- brains

Things not used in singing:
- facial features
- breasts
- hips
- clothing

Or in other words, I agree. Especially with the part where no one would really care if she was a guy. :/ I don't even know/care who Lady Gaga is, I just agree 100% with the sentiment and am very bothered by people fussing about the attractiveness of people whose jobs are supposedly based on talent, not looks.

I can at least respect Gaga, which is more than I can say about the majority of popular musicians right now. She writes her own lyrics (and in fact even started as a lyricist for people like Spears), at least tries to add an element of creativity, and actually has a voice. I... don't care for her actual music or style much at all, but remember this is coming from someone who listens primarily to metal, progressive, and industrial/darkwave stuff. *shrugs*

I don't think she's "ugly" either. She's prettier than Spears/Miley/All those other clones.

I really hope Princess and the Frog ends up being great... although I doubt I'd care for the main storyline, I think the main villain sounds very interesting, and on the website there is a picture of a house of voodoo which definitely caught my interest.

Yeah, I normally don't listen to this kind of music either... (I listen to pop sometimes, but it's uh. 80s pop. *dies*) I just really find this song catchy for some reason. But at least Lady Gaga makes her own music and tries to project this fashion image, and people bashing her but loving on Lilly Allen and Katy Perry (or whatever their names are--I hate them, I think they're both lame people ESPECIALLY Lilly Allen) is stupid.

fasdfasdgasfd I LOVED THE MOVIE, SO MUCH. I saw it a few hours ago THE VILLAIN WAS FUCKING AWESOME aaaaaaah. Too bad it's a princess movie aimed at little girls, I want merchandise for the Shadow Man. ): I'd kill for his pack of cards.
