My mother got out of the hospital today and went back home. She's moving around really well and moving much faster than before the new hip, so she should do just fine. And I have to admit, it's a relief to not have to be running back & forth to the hospital like I have for the past 10 days. She will be set up with a home health nurse and my ( Read more... )

Glad to hear that your mom is doing well!!! Don't you just hate it when all the medical/insurance CRAP changes?!!!! How's that knee doing?

Yes, I do hate it, but should be used to it by now. The knee is feeling better everyday-thanks for asking. And how are YOU feeling?

I had a particularly nasty series of x-rays on Tuesday and am waiting for the results. Still living on pain pills...the only way that I can make it through the day!!!
