fuck what i've said before, dark side of the moon is the greatest pink floyd album ever.

The wall had more emotion
Animals had better beats
Wish you were here had catchier songs

but Dark Side man.. it's the greatest. Nothing can compare. There's just something to it that says to you "Yo man, this shit is the illest".

It's a rock opera.

While Pink Floyd is a talented bunch of musicians, their music drags, in my opinion.

That's no offense, or anything, I just can't ever find myself getting into Pink Floyd.

That's no offense or anything, it's just that Pink Floyd requires a certain patience, or attitude, if you like. Dark Side is the type of music where, if you just sit back, relax, and listen to it, its more fun than like, doing something active while listening to it. Can you imagine listening to Dark Side while jogging or something? Blah.

But yeah.. I can see another reason why you don't like it, I know most of the stuff you like and a lot of it is definetely faster-paced, stark contrast to pink floyd.
