Review of the year in words and pictures!
♥ describe 2013 with 3 words:
Good and bad.
♥ which concerts did you see in 2013?
Sadly not that many. Bands don't seem to tour the same any more? I saw The Wave Pictures who I now love, Grace Petrie who I like, and the Lagan who are an Irish punk band who are excellent. Lee and I went to Rebellion festival in Blackpool for one day and saw the Menzingers, Vic from the Slackers, and Leftover Crack. I also saw Lee's band a bunch of times, and also a shit ton of bands that he was promoting, most notable of which for me was Morning Glory (the band of a dude who used to be in Leftover Crack).
I went to the theatre three times, to see the Rocky Horror Show, Beautiful Thing (with Suranne Jones!), and 1984. I enjoyed all of them, Beautiful Thing made me cry. 1984 was stressful!
I also saw a couple of comedy shows, one of which had the entirely amazing Mae Martin headlining, I love herrrrr.
♥ what was your favorite moment in 2013?
Going to Benidorm with Lee in June - it was like a second honeymoon to be honest. Also camping in Wales in July was amazing.
♥ most influential people in 2013?
Lee, always. My BFFs Sam and Jacqui. My very good friends Sarah and Bettie and Jen.
♥ have you already made plans for traveling in 2013 - and if yes, where to?
I haven't yet, but Lee and I may go away with his mum and stepdad. I also want to go away with Sam and Jacqui and Sarah. Oh, I lied! I have booked to go camping in the Lake District next July.
♥ best book you read in 2013?
I really enjoyed Wonder by R J Palacio which was on my MA reading list, it's good.
♥ best film you saw in 2013?
Catching Fire, duh.

Turning 30 I guess. The plus size prom I'm putting on. Camping. Writing.
