I walked into Clifton today. For those of you familiar with Sarah Lawrence's geography: Bronxville is to Yonkers as Clifton is to (parts of) Bristol. Or, Ridgewood is to Hawthorne as Clifton is to (parts of) Bristol. Anyway, the general idea is that Clifton is a snobby upper-crust kind of place that tries to call itself a 'village.'
